Demand 
In addition to the University of Surrey, 14,000+ students attend Guildford College, situated adjacent to Guilden Village. Italia Conti’s Academy of Theatre Arts has an expanding campus based to the east of Guildford, with a speciality in dance. ACM Music Academy is particularly esteemed, and has 2,300 students enrolled.
