Luxurio is a premium new PBSA scheme located in the centre of Loughborough, surrounded by local amenities including the historic town centre’s many shops and restaurants.

The supply pipeline in Loughborough is particularly thin. If all new beds in the planning pipeline are delivered, supply will only increase by c.80 beds, equating to less than 1.0% of Loughborough’s full-time student population.
