The scheme was newly built for the 2021/22 and comprises a total of 485 student beds, split between en suite cluster (88%) and studio rooms (12%).

The amenity offering at the Vantage is extensive, with the asset featuring study areas, a student hub with café, fitness studio, commercial-grade gym and a sky lounge, complete with indoor mini golf, games room and private dining areas.

The Vantage is the closest asset to the new University of Nottingham Castle Meadow Academic Campus which soft launches in September 2023, and will have 5,000 post-graduate students in attendance by 2025.
As The Vantage is less than a 2 minute walk from this campus, it is poised to be the recipient of substantial levels of student interest and therefore be able to charge much larger rents. The new campus is highly likely to provide unparalleled rental uplifts to the scheme given its fortunate position adjacent to Castle Meadow.

The scheme was 100% let for the 2022/23 academic year and is on track to perform strongly once again for the 2023/24 academic year.

The Vantage is strategically located near the centre of Nottingham, providing strong access to both the Russell Group University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University. Students can access Nottingham Trent via a 15 minute walk or just a 6 minute cycle, with the University of Nottingham accessible via a 12 minute cycle. Students also benefit from the new modern tram system, with the most recent phase opening in 2015 offering direct services to both universities. Completing in phases between 2022 and 2024, the brand new University of Nottingham Castle Meadow Campus is now open adjacent to The Vantage, providing multiple state-of-the-art facilities including new business schools, meeting hubs, events spaces and sports amenities. 

The new Castle Meadow Campus completely transforms the South Side Regeneration area, offering students newly delivered best-in-class University of Nottingham campus facilities on their doorstep.
